In order to establish a direct connection between the brand’s ambitions and those of the target, we chose to emphasize the impetus triggered by a perfect match between companies and candidates that Spring guarantees. The visual content interprets the concept of aiming high and adopts an original and distinctive tone of voice to do so. It interprets metaphorically the spirit with which Spring selects the best professional candidates.
