The Carglass events, which involved over 500 people, including insurance agents, the speaker Fabrizio Macchi – a multi-medal Italian para-cyclist – and the Special Olympics athletes, took place in 7 Italian cities: Turin, Milan, Verona, Brescia, Padua, Reggio Calabria and Rome. An itinerant journey that described Carglass’ commitment to reducing environmental impact and the 2050 zero emissions goal, celebrated the group’s values, illustrated the company’s goals in the field of technological innovation A.D.A.S. The CO2 emissions for the organization of the event were offset with the creation in 2023 of a forest of about 200 trees in the province of Vercelli, thanks to the collaboration with 3Bee, a leading company in sustainability.
The journey continues in Naples, with an activation within the national congress of Allianz Assicurazioni agents. A stand made of recycled and sustainable materials, which has created engagement thanks to augmented reality: by virtually planting trees, giving them their names, people have contributed to the creation of a real green oasis. Another forest of 100 trees is being born.
