For LHH, part of the Adecco Group, a global provider of solutions HR end-to-end, we were responsible for the rebranding that resulted in the union of two of the Group’s historic brands, Spring Professional and Badenoch + Clark. We worked on a new positioning strategy that could maintain the loyal audience, the reputation of the two brands, preserve the sense of belonging of employees and increase cohesion.

Talent Attraction

We designed the concept and employer branding campaign "Your Growth, Our Success," responding to two key objectives: the attraction of new talent and the retention of professionals already in the company. The campaign emphasizes LHH brand values and the natural coexistence of the dimension, professional and personal through an authoritative look&feel, while also communicating the human sphere of the protagonists.

Content Strategy

For the digital activity, we worked on the evolution of the communication plan for the brand and its services, with a dual purpose: employer branding for the LHH Executive team and making LHH customers understand the values that drive the brand.
