Evolves and presents the new organization of the creativity and media teams

The reorganization aims to raise quality and continue along the growth path launched at the end of 2021 with the “Inspire More” positioning: the commitment to customers as a tool to help companies, brands and people grow, together with strategy, data analysis and media.

The new creative organization concerns two agencies of the Group: Libera Brand Building (ATL) and Bebit (digital).

The new entrances in Libera Brand Building.
Libera Brand Building sees the entry of two new talents, Azeglio Bozzardi and Martino Lapini with the position of Executive Creative Director.

Martino Lapini has 18 years of experience in national and international agencies, including Bcube, Publicis and Havas Milan and has created award-winning campaigns in Cannes, Lia, Lovie, ADCI. With his work he has contributed to the story branding of important brands such as BMW, Mini, Campari, Jägermeister, Heineken, Nescafé, Lamborghini, Ferrero.

Azeglio Bozzardi has over 15 years of experience spent in international agencies such as Soho Square, Ogilvy, Publicis, Havas Milan and has worked with global brands such as Heineken, Campari, Pernod Ricard, Perfetti, Mars, Nestlè, Mondelez, IBM, Adidas, Reebook, Lamborghini, Sanofi and has received numerous awards (Cannes, Lia, Lovie, ADCI).

To complete the new organization of Libera Brand Building, Carlo Dodero assumes the role of Creative Director in collaboration with Maddalena Giavarini who has held the same position for some years.

The reorganization of Bebit.

In Bebit Riccardo Barbazza is promoted to the role of Executive Creative Director.

Riccardo has gained over 20 years of experience in the world of branded content and television entertainment, while remaining focused on digital and social communication and covering creative coordination roles in international agencies and communication groups such as Magnolia, Zodiak Media Group, Ogilvy Italy. Since 2018 he has been the creative director of Bebit, the digital agency of Libera Brand Building Group. In 2021, together with his partner, he opened the side-project “Di Pazza” dedicated to vegetable cuisine “outside the box” and debuted in bookstores in 2023 with his first book published by Rizzoli.

To complete the new Bebit organisation, Francesca Camboni and Luca Rastello assume the position of Client Creative Director.

The whole creative team will report to Enrico Chiadò Rana, founder and Chief Creative Officer of the Group: “The vitality of our ideas and our services comes from listening to the people in the team, our customers and the market made up of people. We must delegate and share responsibility for thinking and the ability to act. Only in this way can an individual feel fulfilled in a team.”

Strengthening of the media team.

The Media team has also been strengthened with the entry of Francesco Leogrande who assumes the position of Head of Digital Media in Bebit. Francesco has gained significant experience in the main Italian media centres, including Wavemaker and OMD, in managing the digital advertising activities of leading clients on the Italian and international market.

The media team is completed with the presence of Anna Bussolino who operates in a dual capacity, Head of Inthezon and Media Director for omnichannel media strategies.
